Le votazioni sono terminate il 30 Aprile.
Ora inizierà la fase di produzione del libro con le immagini vincenti.
Per prima cosa, i vincitori (=coloro che hanno ricevuto più voti come da regolamento) saranno contattati via FlickrMail e sarà richiesto loro di compilare un form che garantisca la corretta attribuzione delle immagini ed eviti problemi di copyright. I vincitori dovranno compilare necessariamente il form, altrimenti la loro immagine non potrà essere pubblicata. Nel form saranno richiesti:
* nome e cognome (verrà pubblicato sul libro)
* data di nascita
* luogo di nascita
* flickr username
* indirizzo flickr (verrà pubblicato sul libro)
* email
Sarà inoltre richiesto di accettare la pubblicazione sul libro e di garantire che si detengono tutti i diritti per l’immagine inviata.
Ad esclusione delle voci esplicitamente indicate, le altre informazioni verranno mantenute confidenziali e trattenute esclusivamente per ragioni burocratiche, in linea con la vigente legge sulla privacy.
Il copyright delle immagini rimarrà di completo possesso dei fotografi, che forniranno il solo consenso per la pubblicazione sul libro del Flickr SOS Project, poi venduto senza scopo di lucro e con esclusivi fini di beneficenza.
Se un vincitore non dovesse accettare queste regole, verrà escluso dalla pubblicazione e sarà selezionata la prima immagine esclusa con il più alto numero di voti acquisiti.
Se un vincitore dovesse avere più foto vincenti, come da regolamento già indicato sarà facoltà dei moderatori scegliere in maniera del tutto arbitraria una sola immagine da pubblicare: questo per garantire che il più elevato numero di utenti diversi possa avere un’immagine pubblicata.
Una volta che tutti i vincitori avranno dato il consenso, le immagini finaliste saranno visionabili sul sito e contemporaneamente inizierà la pubblicazione. A libro ultimato, verranno indicate le informazioni per l’acquisto.
Inoltre ci sarà una successiva fase in cui tutti gli utenti potranno scegliere votando a quale associazione inviare i proventi (scegliendo tra un pool di associazioni possibili).
Tutte le informazioni arriveranno presto.
Stimo che il libro sarà pronto per giugno/luglio. La sua vendita comunque poi continuerà ad oltranza, senza possibilità di esaurimento scorte.

Voting phase has ended on Apr, 30.
Now we can star with the publishing of the book.
Winners (=users who have received the greatest number of votes) will be contacted via flickrMail and must fill form to guarantee the correct attribution of rights and to avoid copyright problems. Winners must necessarily compile that form, or their image will not be published. In the form, they must provide:
* name and surname (will be published on the book)
* place of birth
* date of birth
* flickr username
* flickr address (will be published)
They will also accept the publishing, and gurantee that they own the rights of the image.
Excluding where indicated, other voices will be threated confidentially, according with the current italian privacy law.
Copyright of the image published will remain a property of the photographer, who will concess only the publishing on the flickr sos project book, then sold through internet and with a charity purpose.
If a winner won’t accept these rules, it will be excluded and another image with a sufficient number of votes will be selected.
If one user, at the ond of voting, has a great numbers of photos selected to be published, the moderators have the faculty of choosing one photo only to be published (and what photo). This is necessary to make possible that the greatest number of different users could have a photo on the book.
After all the winners have given their consent, finalist images will be indicated on the website and will be published on the book.
There will be another phase in which users will be able to choose organizations which give money to.

The book will be ready probably on june/july 2008.
